This apartment can be reached from the common-room staircase and has an entrance into the living room, which has a sofa that is composed of two single beds. This living room has the space for an additional bed, if required. It also has a cooking area, table and chairs and a flat-screen tv.

The bathroom is next to the bedroom.

Both of the two first-foor apartments can communicate with the ground-floor common-room (fireplace, bathroom and large kitchen) and can be rented as a single living area.
